To measure the quality of STIB services
Intervention
To measure quality performance in buses, trams and metros through mystery shopping surveys put in place from 2014 to 2016
Results
282 comments per month, namely 10,152 in total, are predicted.
The STIB serves 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region as well as 11 other surrounding communes. The STIB network includes four metro lines, 18 tramlines and 50 bus lines and 11 night bus lines.
